About ELITE Fitness Alliance
ELITE Fitness Alliance offers a welcoming place where women and men in their 40s, 50s, and 60s can practice strength, endurance, and mobility training. We believe that the right fitness routine will continually challenge you without intimidating you. We want to help parents maintain the energy level they need to care for their kids. We want to help grandparents maintain the strength and mobility to keep up with their grandkids. On top of that, we want to help everyone look and feel good in their own skin.
The Founding of ELITE Fitness Alliance
ELITE Fitness Alliance was born out of a love for fitness, a desire to learn proper techniques, and a passion for teaching others. I became certified as a personal trainer in 2016 after many years of training myself. What I thought was only ever to be a hobby slowly turned into more. After years of training as a side gig, I realized that I didn’t need to “wait ‘til I retired” from my full-time job to pursue my passion for fitness. Two events occurred in my life around the same time that made me come to this realization.
The first was a bad fall taken by my otherwise healthy grandfather. After being immediately airlifted to the hospital with hip, neck, and back injuries, we were told that he wasn’t likely to be coming home. Then, against most odds, two weeks later, he was admitted to a rehabilitation center, where he regained his strength and soon after got back to back to his daily life. This made me well aware of not just the need to lead a healthy lifestyle but that it could be taken from you in an instant.
The second event occurred when an otherwise healthy being I knew from my full-time job was diagnosed with a form of cancer that only allowed them six more months to live. In their 50s, this seemed to be the most unfair sentence. They were ready to retire, travel with family, and celebrate grandkids, but now that would all be taken away by something no one could have predicted. By this time, I had seen enough. I was no longer going to watch life happen. I was ready to start taking control of not just my own health but the chance to help others. Very often, we are busy taking care of others, working, or are not focused as much on ourselves. It’s not till our late 40s, 50s, and maybe even 60s that we realize the importance of our own health.

Our studio has a team of experienced and certified trainers with expertise in various areas of health and fitness. Each of our trainers is here to motivate and educate you. With the technique corrections they provide, you’ll get the most out of every rep and every workout. Some of our trainers have specialized backgrounds in yoga, while others are experts in the field of nutrition. All our trainers are here for the same reason, though. They all want to see you make progress towards a better, stronger, and healthier you!
